    TLDR

A user urges people involved in data center negotiations to use AI for contract review, calling it a “great equalizer” for communities. @mcubanThis is a list anyone can use to review contracts. Anyone involved in Datacenter negotiations should go through these , load them into their LLM and ask the questions “Where is the community getting hurt and what can they do to protect themselves. “ You may hate AI. Fine. But it is a great equalizer when it comes to negotiating contracts in your community. This is exactly what I’m doing with healthcare. It certainly helps.
