Jeff Huber posted on X about differences between older and newer approaches to software services. He described classic SaaS as depending on fixed data schemas, hardcoded workflows, and static user interfaces that engineering teams maintain. Huber presented AI SaaS as an alternative where agents manage dynamic schemas, code, and generated user interfaces. The post references a Grok bot interaction to demonstrate the concept.
