Veteran Engineers Impressed by Claude's Agentic Coding Advances

I met with a team last week. My job was to talk about Claude Code. These are smart engineers who have been in tech for decades, building software. They still left that room impressed by the state-of-the-art in agentic coding. 99% of people who aren't chronically online have no idea of what's going on.
