SaaStr Runs Salesforce Headless on Claudeforce for Six Months

SaaStr has operated Salesforce headless for six-plus months using its own Claudeforce setup. Almost no one at the company logs into the Salesforce interface. The data stays in place and the service continues to be paid for, yet the UI is no longer the primary way staff work with it. Jason Lemkin, who founded SaaStr and co-founded EchoSign, made the announcement on the company site and stated the team is never going back.
