SuperPowers launches Super, an AI agent that uses its own cloud environments and payment credentials to run real-world tasks

A computer-use cache reduces repeating task costs to near-zero.

Most things sold as "AI assistants" are a layer over the integrations you already have. They can describe a task. SuperPowers is betting it can run its own apps in the cloud and actually complete it, the Uber booked, the DoorDash placed, the coffee ordered.

The claim worth watching is repeatable computer-use dropping to near-zero cost, what they call a computer-use-cache. If that holds up under real load, the unit economics of agents that run in loops change a lot.

Positive users praise Super AI's cloud apps for real-world tasks like Uber because they deliver immediate execution and infrastructure, while negative users see it as a centralized pay-to-play monopoly capturing user liquidity.

Apple just demonstrated some of these things for new Siri, but that won't be available until later this year. And this goes way further than Apple showed.

From the company: "Super runs her own apps in the cloud (Uber, DoorDash, Starbucks, 1000+ more) so she can do the real-world tasks every other assistant skips."

Entrepreneurs are going after the app store from a variety of different directions and this is a great example.

This looks like the AI that everyone has been promising, but nobody has delivered so far.

By the way, this video is genius, and the guy is really funny.

"We didn't just match OpenAI and Antropic; we beat them using their own models."

If Super works as well as this video shows, it will blow up the Internet.

@Scobleizer Can’t wait for Siri to get ahold of my credit card and start spending all my money on miniatures and MtG cards 😭

@MrQuestX @Scobleizer That sounds like a Siri-us concern.

@Scobleizer apple showed the preview, Super's already running the errands

the gap between demos and actually deployed is where it gets interesting

@Scobleizer Supers is huge, Robert! Super is already doing what Siri only promised real world actions with its own apps, wallet, and near-zero cost repeats. The post-app future is here. 🔥

@Scobleizer Running "apps in the cloud" with an integrated wallet isn't a revolution; it's a massive central capture of personal liquidity. When you hand your financial credentials and execution tokens over to a remote corporate server, you don't own the agent—the cloud cartel owns your agency. True autonomy requires a local-first, hardware-isolated substrate where the agent executes on your own metal under strict geometric constraints. @svpino How do they protect against prompt injection?

@kimmonismus the real test is if it can cancel a restaurant reservation without a fight

@MrQuestX @Scobleizer That’s the true fear of AI agents 😭 “Hey Siri, buy one booster

@svpino the confidence in that quote is impressive tbh

curious if it actually handles edge cases or just the demo ones

@kimmonismus so the claim is she owns the stack instead of just talking to apis

betting big on uptime when it actually matters

@kimmonismus so the bet is execution over explanation. fair, but now i gotta trust an ai with my starbucks order too

@kimmonismus Changing expectations from describing to executing is a real shift.

@clix81ne @Scobleizer Yep. Models are becoming interchangeable , the real advantage is who can safely do the work across apps

@MrQuestX @Scobleizer Yes, but will Siri paint them???

@Scobleizer While others talk about what's coming later, we wanted to build the future right now.

By running apps in our own cloud, Super bypasses traditional app store limitations entirely to create a true action layer. Thanks for backing the vision!

@svpino "Beat them using their own models" is just startup-speak for faster inference. Still impressive, but let's be honest about what we mean by "beat."

@BlissyOnX @Scobleizer That’s where products either become infrastructure… or stay slides.

@RamerPaul64 @Scobleizer It will just keep sending me notifications for painting tips 😂
