Google's Gemini account announced that eligible college students qualify for one year of Google AI Pro at no cost in the US and Google AI Plus in 140 plus countries. Josh Woodward, VP leading Google Labs and Gemini, posted that the plans include higher limits, more storage, and a student hub with Notebook and Flow. Separate Google posts described new Search features including notebooks for organizing class materials, custom study documents from uploaded files or AI threads, and practice quizzes for exams such as SAT, GRE, ACT, and JEE.
