Friend’s maker says its always-on AI wearable is made in Canada

Avi Schiffmann says his team has shipped a Friend wearable capable of taking in a full day’s context through audio and turning it into memories, retrieved through a timeline-based knowledge graph. He describes a screenless device with lights, haptics, hands-free conversation and a battery that can last all day. In a follow-up, he says the team makes Friend in Canada.
