Google releases RRSI framework for evolving LLM agent harnesses

A post says Google released Regularized Recursive Self-Improvement of Agent Harnesses (RRSI), a framework for automatically evolving LLM agent harnesses. It says the framework changes their prompts, control flow, tools and memory components while leaving the underlying LLM frozen.
