Haptic system in development for an electrical line-work robot

A visitor says MundaneBot makes an industrial-strength robot for electrical line workers and is developing a haptics system. He says he held a cup of water and could “feel” it being filled. He argues that teleoperation could let workers stay in a van while robots work on dangerous lines overhead, including in wind or heat.
