Love this framing. Physical AGI has the potential to finally break that old trade-off between cheap scale and real customization.
$COBALT feels like a perfect example of this shift in action using everyday phones to gather rich, distributed data at scale instead of relying only on expensive centralized setups.
Really exciting direction.
