ElevenLabs uses AI agents to qualify leads, close deals and assist with contract negotiations

ElevenLabs says Dom, built with ElevenAgents, is qualifying a growing share of its inbound sales. The company says it takes four minutes to qualify a lead, compared with a two-day human median, and credits Dom with over $1M in qualified pipeline in one month. In a post quoting ElevenLabs CRO Ashley Kramer, she says an AI account executive has closed two deals and an “AI lawyer” helps move contract negotiations to the next step.
