TLDR
Morphic's September 15, 2026 launch announcement centers on preserving knowledge so it benefits its contributors rather than leaving when someone departs. A user sharing the announcement says its agents capture interactions and autonomously update customer relationship management systems, tasks and documents, without sharing data with model providers. The user also relays Morphic's claim that companies retain ownership of the agent activity records they generate.
