am I the only one suffering with flu?

I swear way more people are sick right now than normal, me included. 3 people from my class, 2 friends, my girlfriend started feeling off today, and 2 coworkers are down too. What the hell is happening? Worst flu-like symptoms I've had in forever.. anyone else dealing with this?
