I can't be the only one exhausted from all the people who post these clips on social media. Seriously, I'm super happy that you've joined another gym, bro, but I can't afford to die eating fast food anymore. It's like $20 for a burger now with inflation, trust me, I'll die of poverty before I can afford to make it a large.

We moved more. We had fewer screens. Less blue light exposure. And we ate better quality, seasonal food. Less sodium and preservatives. AND fewer calories.

"We're fatter because we're eating more"... Sutton's law strikes again.

Yawn! Those who were not born in the 70’s here to tell us obesity didn’t exist then. Newsflash kids obesity was rampant then too. Foods were far less regulated and all manner of nasty (since banned) was fed to the public. A few cherry picked staged photos don't prove your point. It was common-place in the 70’s for restaurants to serve multi-course meals. Salad, bread, soup, entree and desserts. In fact it was expected menu entree’s would be inclusive. Do better research. This is vapid.

Well I'm glad "Unknown" showed up to inform us that these studies that show how calorie consumption had increased, are all bs.

I'll take the countless studies that have shown this over the years.

It is a well established fact that waist lines have increased drastically over the last 50 years.

But since you're telling them to do better research, then let's see yours?
