Analysts at Business Financing scoured through the world’s biggest pronunciation dictionary, Forvo, and ranked the number of listens for every brand and company name.
After looking at more than 16,000 global brands, here are the ones that people needed the most help while pronouncing.
Key findings:

French-based multinational financial services company Société Générale is by far the most mispronounced brand, along with runner-up Peugeot (a French car company) — they were the only two brands whose number of listens exceeded 1.5 million each.

The highest-ranked American brand was Tommy Hilfiger, which came in fourth with 593,000 listens.

Among tech companies, Spotify (374,000 listens) ranked the highest, above Hitachi (303,000) and Samsung (302,000).

With 44,000 listens, Canadian design company Arc'teryx was the nation's top mispronounced brand, but surprisingly wasn't even close to making the global top 20.
