    Personally, I believe it's fake.

    The chaingun has white jagged parts around it like it was cut out and pasted on.

    Also, there's no new pictures. All of the pictures featured in the manual are renders that Bungie has released themselves.

      Sometimes you'd get the timing just right and it would make this amazing noise, with needles running off like machine gun fire. It was always my favorite weapon, even when it was 'lame'.

    • s1mph0ny, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It's not a dual laser, just a really wide one, and it has to be charged. It's tricky, you have to take cover, charge it, then take your shot. Only truly useful for killing vehicles, but it works well when somebody doesn't see you.

There are no doubt still some secrets they're keeping from us, such as enemies and weapons that haven't been announced. I know there is still much more to the manual, but this just reeks of publicity stunt.

The main reason is the manual appears to have been designed so a few pages could be leaked without giving away any real information. What are the odds that all of the new weapons that most people don't have pictures of made it onto page 14? (the mauler, the hammer, elite weapon from egm). Also the Turrets but those could be part of page 15 with equipment. Not to mention there is no real new information here.
