Xbox.com [visually] being overhauled.. tomorrow!

majornelson.com — The web team at Xbox has been busy working on a redesign for Xbox.com that is going to go live Tuesday. While there are no new features in this update (it’s just a visual redesign) there are a couple of things worth mentioning: A new look for all of the content pages, redesigned navigation, new search, etc.

  • inajeep, on 10/11/2007, -1/+8The menu system is much improved but the link to My Xbox seems like a drop down instead of a button or link that should stand alone. Not a big issue just an annoyance.
  • JFetch, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6It's much better now. I can't tell you how many times I tried to go to the forums and the menu would switch to something else right when I click. It's streamlined now.

    One thing though, and I'd like to see this on all the manufacturers. Separation of the consoles by website. In other words I don’t want XBOX news on a 360 site. Nor do I want PS2 news on a PS3 site. It would be nice if they were more console specific sometimes the systems particularly the games get muddled together
