Xbox Live Won't Refund Points For Game They Can't Deliver

consumerist.com — How long can a company continue to "investigate" what's obviously a failed download before they credit your account? For Xbox Live Marketplace, the answer is 2 months, 2 weeks, and counting. Every attempt Joe makes at resolving the issue lands him in a customer service purgatory from which no solution can ever escape.

  • dafin0, on 05/12/2008, -0/+1i dont really understand the story about whats happening, to me it sounds like he try to download somthing but it failed to work for some reason... why cant he just download it again, it wont cost him anything.

    but like i said i dont understand, someone please help me out
  • logicalnoise, on 05/12/2008, -0/+1did you try grabbing it from another internet connection? If it still doesn't work it may have been a problem with your HDD.
