Top 10 most anticipated Xbox 360 games of 2008 still to come

destructoid.com — Even though the year is almost halfway over, Destructoid still thinks the best is yet to come for the Xbox 360 this year. Here are two different editors’ most anticipated games lists for 2008.

    2. Resident Evil 5 isn't coming out in 2008.
    3. Why no Ninja Gaiden 2 on the list? Brütal Legend, anyone? I see both of those are on the second list. Put them on the first.
    4. If a game has the name "Conan" in the title (especially if it isn't followed by "O'Brien"), it does not belong on any Most Anticipated list. Notice how the second list manages to fit both NG2 and Brütal Legend on the list, and with no ***** Conan title in sight.

Whenever a story from Dtoid would come up... diggers buried it. It wasn't until recently Destructiod was able to make a return to Digg.

    People used to say that FPS games couldnt be played on Consoles (and I think we know now that many millions of people do that and are very happy with it).

    This (IMO) is the year that "no RTS on the console" myth dies.

If all the games he lists are that anticipated then they stand a chance of "grabbing countless Game of The Year awards" which means he will not play them therefore rendering his list redundant.

    Also, I Am Legend was disappointing.

  • Coolmatt49, on 04/30/2008, -0/+4Actually, there have been four Banjo-Kazooie games (BK, BT, Banjo Pilot, and BK: Grunty's Revenge); however, there's two if you only count the excellent Banjo Kazooie games.

    But I have to agree that seeing The Legend of Zelda, Mario, or Metroid on any other console other than Nintendo's would be very creepy. Though, imagine what the graphics of the PS3 and Xbox 360 can do with Zelda or even Metroid. It would be killer to see what the graphics would be like on those consoles.
