- SuperVepr308, on 11/26/2008, -0/+2I bought it and played it for one session with friends. Honestly, it just didn't do it for me when Left 4 Dead is sitting on the counter right next to it. COD4 was just better and the whole WW2 thing is dead as hell to me. I am sure I will play it in the future but it is nothing like the joy COD4 was. Why on Earth they went backwards to a scenario that had been done over and over and over is a mystery to me. This could have really been something.
- dbbblondon, on 11/27/2008, -0/+1ditto to the comments above, i was a Level 7 prestige on COD4 loved it - played COD5 for a few days and it just hasn't progressed, frankly games such as BF Bad company are streets ahead.
The only way i'll play it now will be if a group of friends are on. - Lynx77777, on 11/26/2008, -0/+1COD5 is great for people who like to be blown up by grenades...a lot.
- rdldr1, on 11/26/2008, -0/+1COD4 was awesome. COD5 was a step back. People want "modern warfare." Not the millionth WWII video game. Heck, the Medal of Honor series already covered the war in the Pacific, and the battle of Stalingrad. World War II in video games is very played out. Soon, there will be one video game for each and every combatant in WWII.
