It's not that people can't afford $.13 a day, it's the fact that it comes in one lump sum. $50 is a lot different than $.13 a day.

- Sheco, on 10/16/2009, -3/+3You can use a live account for xbox live and a different one for messenger on the same xbox, facebook/twitter/last.fm are not linked to live, they still have to ask you for a password for those accounts, might as well ask for the email too.

I wasn't name calling, just stating it like I see it. Your the one implying people are cheap because they don't want to spend $50/year. Well why should they? Everyone else offers a similar service and some superior alternatives to what 360 offers and they are all free.

Given the 360's failure rate, Microsoft has clearly demonstrated they are absolutely inept at designing and manufacturing hardware. Do they seriously think people they have scammed into paying for repairs and replacement consoles are going to now go out and buy a Zune? Are they frigging kidding?
And please don't tell me that the 360's failure rate is low. I'm about to send my 6 week old console, which is the 3rd I've owned in two years, out for a repair. The first two failed and were out of warranty. This piece of ***** didn't even last two months before it broke.
