Let me elaborate on what I was trying to say: He is a scumbag to take his 360 as priority over his kid, and by putting his 360 in an open area, standing up sideways, it created a danger to the child by falling over. If it were sideways it wouldn't have fallen (unless it fell from a high place). I want my 3 diggs back now.

Is it not just that, a game? You`re supposed to be having fun. I`ve played games for hours without saving, and sometimes someone ends up doing something that causes the game to restart, but I`ve never even hit anyone. The guy in this story really pisses me off.
