If they can't get a game to run on the 360, it's not like a digital copy will, since they've already said there won't be any changes to the games. If they have to recode a game to make it run, they're probably not going to be selling it for the announced $15. Hell, even in the music industry, there's little stopping you from going to the store, buying a CD, and ripping a copy of it. They may not *want* you to do this, but it's well within your rights to do so.
- NeoMatrixJR, on 11/28/2007, -0/+2I believe I once read that it depends on the game publisher too. The game's publisher has to give MS the go ahead to make it BC. From what I understood EA wasn't going to allow this for most of their games so people would have to by new versions.
