MS blames Xbox "abuse" for deadly fire

xbox360fanboy.com — Microsoft has now officially responded to an Illinois family's lawsuit in which a fire was allegedly caused by a faulty Xbox console in December of 2004. The fire resulted in the death of an infant, Wade Kline.

    Good, if they win the person suing should pay legal fees. Stops a lot of ***** lawsuits.

The complaint that was filed alleges that an Xbox 360 caused the fire in 2004, and that console wasn't even on the market yet. ***** lawsuit-- you can bet there's a crooked lawyer somewhere in this, pulling the strings.
