I have been waiting 2 months for them to send me a EMPTY box so I can ship it to them... 4 phone calls later and I still dont have one.... so all and all.. 1 month? That doesnt even cover the time I lost WAITING for the box.. let alone repairs which are 3-4 weeks... well lets see... they said 3-5 business days and its been 2 months.. you do the math.. how long do you think its gunna take to get it back if I ever actually send it in?!
