Of course, I wouldn't recommend torturing a law-abiding citizen, but someone somewhere thinks she is a thief, and that means it must be true. Besides, national security may hang in the balance. Who knows if there is a ticking "dirty bomb" X-box out there, and only Tiffany knows where?
