Hands-on with Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
xbox360fanboy.com — There is good reason that Rare did not decide to title the game Banjo Threeie. It's something new.

- dig1x, on 05/15/2008, -0/+1Im glad Rare is bringing us new experiences. I think this idea is stellar, and the gameplay looks like Rare is going to deliver.
I'm more excited now (by far) than before when I thought it was a run-and-jump platformer. - palaemon, on 05/18/2008, -0/+0I have to admit I'm not too surprised that Rare (MS) did this. Xbox has no platformers, why start with one of the greatest? It might be kind of cool, but who really cares? BK fans?: probably a week ago, but not so much now. Everyone else?: Banjo who?
I mean who is this marketed to? Non BK fans won't take a chance on a 10 year old IP. Also it seams like Rare came up with what is probably a great IP, but for some reason chose to put BK on it.
OTOH: Maybe this is the "MarioKart" of the franchise??
I'm less interested than I was a week ago, but I might still get it. I *was* going to buy a 360 just to play it, but now I may just borrow one and rent it.
