    It's not like they're hiding it (Okay, fine, the Hot Coffee incident, but that was pure laziness on Rockstar's part.). Parents, read the back of the game box; it's good for you, your kids, and the mental well being of those around you (and the internet).

I have to stay on his ass. Its my job to not buy him mature rated games, not game publisher's jobs to make sure their mature games don't have anything I don't want my son to see. Any parent that complains about this is trying to pay penance for being such a lazy pushover ***** and buying their kid GTA. Its no different than straight-up porn. Some movies are made for kids, some are porn for consenting adults. Where are the parents complaining about porn? They can't say *****, because they know they shouldn't buy porn for kids.

Nobody's suggesting that the GTA series doesn't have sex scenes, but the busybodies are up in arms about this particular flaccid digital wiener joke, which is a typical example of missing the forest for the trees.
