They only have something to deal with on the 360. 2K Games is the publisher of the game, they're the people you're looking for. Misplaced anger, you say? It's alright, I get where you're going with it though. But here's the easier part, it'd probably be easier to release a demo on the 360 than the PC. One architecture, don't have to worry about having some weird OS update that screws the game over (Vista) you know?

It takes more time to develop/polish games for the PC since there are so many different configuration options. The 360 is a set-in-stone, static platform. And they only have to focus on one rendering path - ATI's DirectX 9 implementation. Not to mention the "one size fits all" memory footprint on the 360, so no time spent on scaling for systems varying memory sizes.
