http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banksy - wyrlor, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8Oh, the irony...
- debuggercll, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9That's what she said.
- Ramble, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8Doctor Who travels in a police box not a phone box you fool.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8too bad it's only 8 inches tall...
- Neiby, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8Almost interesting. Why is this a "must see"?
- kevyn, on 10/10/2007, -6/+121st comment i saw on flickr:
Titus DB Pro User says:
Reminds me of Stonehenge. Nice photo
- jesus christ.
- http://arts.guardian.co.uk/art/news/story/0,,2102631,00.html -bit more background on the project - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7looks like *****
- dogfurnace, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I was at Glastonbury this year and got a chance to check out the exhibit. For me the cool part is how the toilets started out "clean", it was festival goers who added the graffiti... Nice pic too.
- Whaines, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Seriously, "Stonehendge"? Come on...
- ElGuano, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I'm a speeling nazi. I know digg is user-submitted, but god it just sucks to see typos on the friggin TITLE of the article.
- snurfle, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4That's not irony, thats... Oh - Wait. Yes it is.
Sorry, that was just an automatic reaction to seeing the word 'irony' on Digg. - Ramble, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4It's hard to tell but I hope that was sarcasm there.
- meatmcguffin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3“The problem may have been that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being crushed by a dwarf!”
- TomP, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Higher res would have been great :(
- zadadka, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Can you tie your own shoe-laces yet?
- crisrose, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I believe that was at the Glastonbury 2007 Festival.
- meatmcguffin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2NERD FIGHT!
Also, i can understand how they managed to keep a tardis hidden when the show begin in the 60s but if i saw one in Britain in 2007, i would immediately go and see what it was. He should have disguised it as a burning car - julesverne, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3It's a pretty sad day when someone can't even spell Stonehenge anymore.
Is it a mental disorder thing or are you just stupid?
(PS. The "check spelling" button? Believe it or not, it checks spelling.) - maglob, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Wooo! I went to see this, it was at Glastonbury. They were really glorified climbing frames
- johnnykash, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Overrated
- wayniethep00p, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I was expecting to see something like a 15 stories tall structure that challenges the engineering skills of the modern world as the original did for its builders.
- WolfDog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1it's accually a police phone box.
- tyywebb, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2I was hoping it was made of cars.
- BlackSheepx, on 10/10/2007, -2/+3...Who hates his work other than the police? :C
- grgg, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1must not see...
- fragsta, on 10/10/2007, -3/+4I suppose it's cool. But the beauty of Stonehenge is how old it is and still standing, and the wonder and mystery it represents!
- Egnaro, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Reminds me of Bill Lishman's Autohenge sculpture from years ago:
http://www.williamlishman.com/landscape.htm - snurfle, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Seriously - Thanks. I really needed that!
- coasterswim, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=894379338&size=o
- sallos, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1what a stupid picture. How is that a must see?!!?! Consider a real description next time. Now I wasted bandwidth, electricity, and increased global warming.
- brusty, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2hip hop video set?
- scrimaxinc, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I thought the exact same thing....I almost signed up for an account so I could post a mocking reply to Titus' comment.
- ddfall, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1and... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/71/Banksyglasto.JPG

- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Junk, buried as lame. Do the same, or you are lame. Make things out of hay, I just may.
- sweetrelease, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2oh damn, i was hoping they were Doctor Who style phone boxes
- miriclaire, on 10/10/2007, -2/+3Modern artists with courage and vision are such a treat to our word. Thanks.
- iXneonXi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Reminds me of Half Life 2.
- ddfall, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1At the time that I'm posting this I didn't see a direct link to a larger pic so here it is:
http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=894379338&size=o - xister, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Actually the police arrested some guys that covered over some of his work on the side of a British Pub (ironically, the one of two policemen kissing). I couldn't find the article again for a link- sorry. People that frequented the pub said it was a great tourist attraction.
- snurfle, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Go there around the solstice... quite a different crowd then, I believe it would be "Stonedhenge".
- xister, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1You would think that stupid typos like that would be a thing of the past since all the major browsers have spell checks. (sigh)
- MiltonWaddams, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I can't wait for the pic section, so I don't have to see these mildly interesting pics make the main page every day.
- zadadka, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1YMMV
- stimpack, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Modern can be ***** sometimes.
- casperdennis, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Ive sat on this. the end of every night at glasto we ended up here getting drunk :)
- mdjohnson1, on 10/10/2007, -4/+4Banksy is cool ... and thoughtful, since about 10 people can legally relieve themselves on his art at the same time.
- oflaherty, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1..WUT?
