- inactive, on 07/17/2008, -1/+9Just a question... Has the World Court ever told the Islamic terrorists to stop beheading people? I think beheading falls under the scope of capital punishment.
- alanhlake, on 07/17/2008, -1/+9I agree with your sentiments, but not with your language.
Hurrah for Texas! - inactive, on 07/17/2008, -1/+8Perhaps, not yet. But half the SJC sites laws (and votes) on issues according to other countries, in spite of what the US Constitution says.
- garclar, on 07/17/2008, -2/+9Here we are again having a state execution looked at by the World Court, that has no power or jurisdiction in Texas or for that matter the USA, trying to make sure that this guy gets an even break. Too bad the two dead teenage girls did not get a break from this creep who was not supposed to be here in our country. So he breaks our laws to get here, rapes and murders two innocents, gets convicted of this heinous crime, now two weeks away from the death penalty being invoked these clowns want the case looked at again. Yea right, like he didn't do it? Mexico objects to the execution of one of their nationals because they do not believe in the death penalty? They want 51 other death penalties looked at cause they were Mexican nationals? Come on, if Mexico would secure its own borders you would not have these drug dealing creeps in the US to begin with. We need to keep America for Americans, not the ones that smuggle drugs and people here, not the ones that come here to murder our citizens. If Mexico would have stopped these 51 on death row from coming here in the first place they would not have been here to commit the crimes they did. It is Mexico's fault for not securing their own borders. As soon as homeland security gets the border secure you will see a drop of crimes of violence here, guaranteed!! gkb
- fwelch, on 07/17/2008, -1/+8I would hate to have this country go to war with the British
back in the 1700's with this mindset in our government.
Just go back to world war 2......... - DesertDad, on 07/17/2008, -3/+10Texas has a duty to protect Texans. Capital deterrence works. The World Court and their associates in the UN have brought the world Darfur, Kosovo/Bosnia/Serbia, Rwanda, Somalia, and now Zimbabwe. Following their lead is murderous insanity, with the World Court siding with the murderers rather than the victims.
If the killers are released to Mexico, Mexico will release them and they will return to the US to again assault, rape and kill. And all the World Court and United Nations will do is blame the US for the entire matter. - flip2trip, on 07/17/2008, -2/+9This action by Bush makes me think he really wants a NAU because this looks like pandering. Just what business does the world court have in US jurisprudence?
They should hang these rapists in the public square and then ship the bodies back to Mexico, postage due. - Savage24, on 07/17/2008, -2/+8Why should we be the only nation that would listen to the World Court or the UN?
When the UN diplomats break our laws they invoke diplomatic immunity. We don't give immunity to illegal aliens as far as I know. We are a nation of laws and do not
need any help from the World Court or UN.Being real polite I would tell them to kiss my butt. - viejoverde, on 07/17/2008, -0/+6should be no surprise when one of them is even a communist.
- MrDuke77, on 07/17/2008, -2/+8I cannot believe THREE U.S. Supreme Court Justices actually supported bowing down to the world court. The liberal anti-American traitors should be impeached.
- dlbfromLA, on 07/17/2008, -2/+8Mexico, the UN, and the World Court can all go F**k themselves, they have no power here! Those rapist bastards deserve the death penalty, NO MERCY! They did not show any mercy for the girls they raped and murdered! There is only one sure fire cure for their illness,DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- downs1, on 07/17/2008, -1/+7At this moment, the United States of America is a sovereign nation with laws dealing with criminal acts. Murder is still seen as a crime which is worthy of capital punishment. Heinous murders of innocent people warrants execution. The Mexican who committed the crime of rape and murder deserves to be executed. For the so-called World Court to interfere with our management of crime is obscene! The truth is that the World Court is impotent to deal with such crimes in a just manner. The United Nations is corrupt to the core and its legal system is no exception. The honor killings within the Muslim community, the vicious executions by beheading of innocent civilians by Islamic terrorists, the killing of Christians and the genocide of Christians in Darfur are examples of the heinous crimes the United Nations and the World Court should be addressing, but they are not. May God Almighty judge their wicked souls according to His divine righteousness! And may He do so soon!
- janknepper, on 07/17/2008, -2/+8I guess the World Court is actually very uninformed and does not know that "We the people..." are a free people.
I suggest sending the World Court (and the UN for that matter) a copy of the "Declaration of Independence" and let's execute these convicted felons while that makes its way to them. May be we could include a cut off pink or head in the box. (Just being ***very*** sarcastic on that last one). - drz130, on 07/17/2008, -2/+7US to World Court---- F--K OFF
- bsmarj, on 07/17/2008, -2/+7Hey World Court, SHUT UP!!!
- viejoverde, on 07/17/2008, -1/+5I hope Texas tell Rice and Bush where they can go and dispose of these worthless rats by carrying their sentences on the due date.
Actually Bush should be tried on that World Court for destroying our nation. - inactive, on 07/17/2008, -4/+8God said of rapist and murderers "Send them to me". Coming up Scotty. Thanks Texas, keep up the good work!
These Mexican scum ......make them US citizens then Mexico can't do crap......I'll vouch for em.
let's see if the US Supreme tries to intervene more... - inactive, on 07/17/2008, -1/+5I suppose impeachment might be appropriate . . . right before HANGING.
- inactive, on 07/17/2008, -3/+6FTA: The World Court, the U.N.'s judicial arm for resolving disagreements between nations, HOLDS NO ENFORCEMENT POWERS.
Then why does the World Court/UN even exist if it has no enforcement powers?
The World Court reminds me of the nosy neighbor - sticks her nose into everyone's business in the neighborhood, stirs up trouble with the other neighbors to the point where they are all fighting with each other, thinks she has the RIGHT to dictate what her neighbors do, but holds absolutely no power to do so. When the neighbors finally realize this nosy neighbor is the one stirring up trouble, they all shun her, and she has no one left that will give her the time of day. Silence is golden. That is what Texas needs to do is shun the World Court, they will go away because they have no power.
The World Court sounds like a club for rich spoiled brats that have never held a real job in their life, but think they have the define authority to rule over ALL Nations! /Not. - inactive, on 07/17/2008, -2/+3Texas needs to just "get er done" and the Hell with the World Court.
- mcrunch2, on 07/17/2008, -2/+2Buy these guys a one-way ticket to the olympics. Or send them to Iran or Zimbabwe. Let the UN Court suck on that a while.
Even the Mexican consulate won't help them. They sent them here to get rid of them. - drachemorder, on 07/17/2008, -3/+2Allow me to tell the world court exactly what it can do next:
http://christiangaming.org/graphics/users/drachemo ... - bfrusa, on 07/17/2008, -6/+5***** the World Court. I hope Texas tells those pantiwaists to piss off and fries those useless, murdering *****. Hurrah for Texas!
