I am a guy, and young, and this happened to my wife when we went to a topless beach in Europe. It made her uncomfortable to the point where she had to cover herself. Young guys were cheering, whistling, "bumping" into her and asking her questions... Thats why young, attractive women choose not to partake in toplessness, because of stupid guys who cant control themselves. All the older and less attractive women had no issues, and all the younger, attractive women wore tops.
