Perhaps if we could erect a large wood structure where Afghanis could rush to to get these pills, we could avoid any beef with them. Or, to save some cash, we could pitch a tent where members of the Afghan culture could head to in order to access this private stash of pills, which will be distributed by special agents Peter and Wilson. This could prevent the Afghans from developing any more heat seeking moisture missiles in the future.
