- glorygone, on 07/06/2009, -16/+225And he committed suicide my arse! MI5 or MI6 surely knows "how he committed suicide"....
- theNazz, on 07/06/2009, -11/+171Dr. Kelly's 'suicide' was certainly sexed up by his killers... this guy had the smoking gun and was going to testify against Bush/Blair. Follow the blood trail and it's easy to figure out who was behind his murder.
- MayorMcCheapo, on 07/06/2009, -10/+144I'm not making any accusations other than this: this story stank when it was fresh back in 03...
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -10/+111Did he die by shooting himself in the back of the head 5 times?
- geoken, on 07/07/2009, -1/+67No, the gunshots only wounded him. He died when he then carried his incapacitated body into the trunk of his car and drove it into a lake.
- Myonosken, on 07/07/2009, -1/+64How the ***** have you not heard about this in the past 6 years? It was massive news in most coalition countries at the time.
- MiaCulpa, on 07/06/2009, -8/+62well, well, someones got some 'splainin' to do, eh Tony?
- xs11ax, on 07/07/2009, -2/+42he was assasinated. pure and simple.
- CTK14A, on 07/07/2009, -9/+47And the best part? Dr. Kelly was a hawk. He supported war in Iraq. If you believe he was murdered, and that he KNEW he would be taken out for refusing to lie about WMD, then Kelly had balls on par with Thomas More.
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -6/+40How many Americans know about the issue at hand here?
- ThePhone, on 07/07/2009, -8/+41It's terribly tragic when brilliant, honest, hard working men get killed in the most cowardly ways possible, especially when it's the government is involved. But conspiracy theories are only for the crazy people, right? That stuff never really happens in real life, right? Right?
- Elranzer, on 07/07/2009, -7/+40Maybe the CIA had something to do wi
- t4m5t3r, on 07/07/2009, -7/+32he was murdered plain and simple.
Common CIA tactic it to put lot of political preasure on a person of interest or "target", so much that it seems unbearable, then when the target "commits suicide" it doesnt seem that far fetched. much the same way the top UK cop investigating the CIA planes bringing "terrorists" for torture and kilo's of cocaine and herion through british airports also "commited suicide".
people are lemmings, as long as their little bubbles doesnt get burst they will happily ignore EVERYTHING. How many have died in the ILLEGAL war with iraq? nobody bats an eye lid, Michael Jackson dies? FFS the lemmings go wild! - justok, on 07/07/2009, -3/+28maybe we'll see pictures on facebook
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -1/+26I think 6 is the limit for foul play to be suspected. They are a clever bunch.
- TheHerk, on 07/07/2009, -0/+22He isn't the first person with knowledge about anthrax to get murdered. It looks like all the blood trails are pointing to the same place.
- stoanhart, on 07/07/2009, -0/+21"One particular case has been documented from Australia. In February 1995, a man committed suicide on parkland in Canberra, Australia. He took a pump action shotgun and shot himself in the chest. The load passed through the chest without hitting a rib, and went out the other side. He then walked fifteen meters, reloaded, leaned the shotgun against his throat, and shot his throat and part of his jaw. Breathing through this gunshot-inflicted tracheotomy, he reloaded, walked 136 meters to a hill slope, lay down on the slope, held the gun against his chest with his hands and operated the trigger with his toes. This shot entered the thoracic cavity and demolished the heart, killing him."
Yikes! Imagine being a bystander in that park - that would be the craziest ***** you'd ever see. - jasondefaoite, on 07/07/2009, -3/+24Don't walk the plank like I did

Then where's the blood? - inactive, on 07/07/2009, -0/+20If you had actually read it, or got a grown up to read it to you, then you'd have noticed new information, hence the reason for the article. I won't spoil it for you though.
- Waiting2awake, on 07/07/2009, -5/+24If he did, he'd just get more from his suppliers... Can you guess who they were?
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -2/+19Seems perfectly logical to kill yourself halfway through an expose of this sort.
I think Blair has organized some sort of immunity from prosecution during any inquest. Although he will testify, he cannot be compelled to answer any questions. - ThePhone, on 07/07/2009, -1/+17I do.
- vbullinger, on 07/07/2009, -3/+18I agree. I mean, the CIA has been behind a lot of things lately. The green revolution in Iran, the Honduran political crisis and now thi
- harmlessdrudge, on 07/07/2009, -2/+16Factually wrong on every possible point. He didn't drive. He wasn't in woods. And he didn't shoot himself.
Or are you suggesting that the entire British media lied about the manner of his death?
He went for a walk and was found dead at the edge of a field having cut his wrist and taken an overdose. No car, no gun, no trees. - JimSwarthow, on 07/07/2009, -6/+20in related news, water is wet and Ulysses S. Grant is still dead

- wefarrell, on 07/07/2009, -5/+18But he drove himself into the woods and shot himself, there's nothing sketchy about that at all.
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -6/+18Sounds like some Hollywood person is trying to drum up some interest for a movie pitch.
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -6/+18I highly doubt that he committed suicide, he was killed by the British Government to stop him from disclosing what he knew. I have no doubt of this and I really don't care whether you call me a conspiracy nut or not. I also believe that there is overwhelming evidence that 9/11 was allowed to happen by the American government.
- Mark1981, on 07/07/2009, -1/+13I Don't know whether the government was involved or not however, there are certain things that raise doubts with the official line.
"I will probably be found dead in the woods." - probable premonition this could be interperated either way, although the with the exact phrasing gives me doubts.
Fatality of ulnar artery cuts - those present would not have caused the degree of blood loss that would kill someone, particularly outside in the cold.
Knife - through a Freedom of Information request it was discovered that the knife with which Dr Kelly had allegedly committed suicide had no fingerprints on it.
Lack of formal inquest - normally this is required when a suspicious death occurs, although the Hutton Inquiry took priority no other explanation was given other than the official account.
Even if you believe the government's innocence in this there was a strategy, closely monitored by Downing Street, under which the weapons expert's identity would not be revealed by the ministry's press office, but would be confirmed if it was suggested by a journalist.
- Many dark actors playing games. - GorfTron, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11Note to self: proofread comments.
- isxrc, on 07/07/2009, -6/+17It's good people are reminded of this incident, because it was a definite murder cover up by the government. Iraq had no WMDs - Dr. Kelly was going to tell everyone, making it difficult for Blair and Bush to invade and get Iraq's oil. Apparently he went to the woods and slit his wrists.....could at least have made it a bit more imaginitive.......
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -1/+12Dead inspectors don't reveal inside jobs about anthrax!!! But his work will be carried on by other good people!!!
- Ne007, on 07/07/2009, -2/+12The US government went a LONG ways to get into Iraq.
Everything we know are lies. - bananacannon, on 07/07/2009, -3/+13Mate, here goes. Vampires are fictional, the Illuminati were just a nice little club way back when and have nothing to do with the modern world, Elvis is dead, mind control doesnt exist as a weapon, WTC 1&2 were brought down by big airplane hitting them and the moon landings were freaking awesome and one, if not, the greatest achievement of modern America.
But the "suicide" of a guy who was at the centre of not one but two intelligence led storms, without any previous psychological problems, a few weeks before his daughters marriage, with assistance from blunt fruit knife which weirdly didnt have any fingerprints on it, in a manner where the attending ambulance staff thought the lack of blood suspicious, when he was a strict Bahai, without a bye or leave to his devoted wife, when the drugs found in his system were no where near a fatal dose, where medical experts and doctors wrote to a national newspaper (The Guardian) saying that suicide doesnt add up and pointed out that he was the only person in the UK to die in that manner that year... well, doesnt sit well with me mate.
Glad its perfectly reasonable to you tho! - ChrisLondon, on 07/07/2009, -3/+12"Following his death, his computers were seized and it is still not known if any rough draft was discovered by investigators and, if so, what happened to the material."
So, he committed suicide, and then they seized his computers. WHY? Surely this suggests that they KNEW he was working on something that would prove that their reasons for the invasion were manufactured. - inactive, on 07/07/2009, -4/+13I hate retards that just assume any article that has anything to say negatively about the government must be a tin-foil hat conspiracy. The man was in the middle of something he cared so much about that he was willing to risk his career for it. And then he just decides to shoot himself suspiciously. ANd you're saying if you don't believe that you're a "conspiracy nut". You truly are a ***** idiot Mike.
- IIAmusedII, on 07/07/2009, -7/+16Yes, he did. He used the weapons the Reagan administration sold him to exterminate Kurds. Except, at the time, they weren't called Kurds by the American media; they were called terrorist separatists and they needed to be stopped according to the American right wing.
- TobiasParker, on 07/07/2009, -0/+9I remember exactly when it happened and we all know he was murdered then.
- BattleScars, on 07/07/2009, -2/+11Unfortunately, that's not how the world works.
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -1/+9shady
- Delphium226, on 07/07/2009, -0/+8"The lack of fingerprints is especially strange as police records also revealed the germ warfare expert was not wearing any gloves when he died – nor were any found at the scene of his death."
http://tinyurl.com/mqn46g - antwan17, on 07/07/2009, -0/+8@stoanhartI don't think that counts as the guys is obviously a highlander.
- Craig304958, on 07/07/2009, -0/+8So far - one.
- smcavoy, on 07/07/2009, -6/+14its even easier to post on digg then to actually present any facts...
- CrazedLeper, on 07/07/2009, -1/+8Whatever they say is bound to be a lie. How does this strike you: "Hmmm, I have important information that only I know that everyone should be aware of. I know; I'll write a book. No, on second thought, I'll think I'll just kill myself."
Conspiracy is afoot. - BattleScars, on 07/07/2009, -3/+10I hope you see the irony in the fact that the government spun the story six years ago to hide it from the people and now people like you are in favour of burying it again because it's considered "old news". The guys who covered this up were counting on us getting bored eventually.
- kanojo1969, on 07/07/2009, -1/+8Everyone is jumping on the idea that he was murdered for his stance on WMDs in Iraq, but they are overlooking a far more likely source of violence; the corrupt officials in South Africa that he dealt with regarding Anthrax. He knew a lot about the use of Anthrax against native populations in South Africa and in Zimbabwe.
Those sort of people would kill someone like that in a second if it removed a possible source of intelligence against them. His opposition to the war in Iraq wasn't even particularly fierce. He thought the war was a good idea, he just knew there weren't any WMDs. - Bic823, on 07/07/2009, -0/+7It was a slippery, slippery, slippery slope...
