Why not suggest countries like Finland, Norway, or Netherlands? Or does the thought of a leftist country with fantastic standards of living, with great health care, education, and low crime rates make you burst in rage?
Oh and you know why liberals/socialist like myself don't leave? Because we do love this country, because we want to see this country meet its goals set forth in the bill of rights, and its love for freedom and liberty. Since you brought up an archaic slogan, "Love it or leave", I'll tell you its equally old response:
"Change it or lose it." - spinchange, on 08/09/2008, -0/+2Trying to *replace* Labor Day - a completely secular and legal US holiday with a religious one (of any faith) shouldn't be a "right wing" or "left wing" issue. It should be one of common sense. What was the union/management thinking by trying to make a trade like this? You either observe the Muslim holiday or you don't.
- praisethelard, on 08/09/2008, -1/+3Work on Labor Day? Haha...what were they thinking? I'm sure they could have found some other useless holiday to take its place.
- sexypeon, on 08/10/2008, -1/+1What about the other great first world country's you Right Wingers don't talk about?

It's fairly obvious you're a flag burning liberal. If you hate your country so much, get the ***** out and move to the third world ***** of your choice--pick a third-world country, renounce your American citizenship, and I'll buy you a one-way plane ticket to your destination.
