- kazz67, on 08/16/2008, -33/+100It's those words 'New World Order' that send cold shivers down my spine and alarm bells ringing in my head.
The second world war was brought about in order to create the UN (think Codex Alementarius). It strikes me that current crisis's around the world are bringing us incrementally closer to the NWO so sought after by those who would control every aspect of our lives (think Monsanto and every other corporate and banking giant whose grip on political and economic power around the world is increasing with every 'reason' they give us to live in fear).
Abdullah Gül's words in this interview couldn't have been better scripted! - GlobalistShill, on 08/16/2008, -15/+62The so-called "New World Order" was NEVER in the interest of American sovereignty, and those who have been advocating it,... even when they ARE Americans,... have always known this. The elite international bankers have been behind the inception of this new order for a long, long time.
Relating to this, I like this little clip. I think it speaks volumes through subtle nuance:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brYWujMC-0k - chinauprising, on 08/16/2008, -7/+52"The second world war was brought about in order to create the UN" - huh????
- denizen42, on 08/17/2008, -9/+46And other countries don't need the USA telling them what to do.
- KDX200rider, on 08/17/2008, -10/+42So did I miss the part where the USA controlled the world? I must have been sleeping.
- whoomp123, on 08/17/2008, -8/+40I thought Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, and Steve Nash were the leaders of the NWO
- SilverBlade2k, on 08/17/2008, -3/+31A lot of people in power talk about trying to set up a "New World Order" (Bush Sr, Bush Jr, Bill Clinton, the current British PM), and now the Turkish President.
New World Order = One World Government. This is a very very bad idea. - kemp34, on 08/16/2008, -15/+41What about all those stupid people who tried to make anyone who talked about the New World Order out to be a raving lunatic?
I really hope these sorts of individuals make some sort of penance for their long time bashing of those individuals who were seeking out reality and trying to warn their fellow human beings.
It saddens me to think about all the ill will directed at those who were the messengers to the masses about these sorts of activities on the part of the shadowy global "elite".
Also, ask yourself, why would there be such an effort to hide the motives, to attack the truth seekers and to dismiss critics as "conspiracy nuts"? If there is nothing bad about the efforts, shouldn't they have been debated out in the open?
The answer is the "New World Order" ain't good for the common folk. They want 500 million people on earth. That means a lot of deaths. - sgiffy, on 08/16/2008, -5/+29Since when has the US been able to shape global politics on its own? Even after the Soviet Union fell, Europe and many other places rejected our efforts on all sorts of things. We are a leader sure, but we get ignored a lot more that fowled and always have.
- Ergodigitality, on 08/17/2008, -14/+37Turkey..
Wait no one cares - Epistaxis, on 08/17/2008, -8/+28The UN was brought about in order to avoid the third world war.
- whoomp123, on 08/17/2008, -6/+22I'm young and don't know much about politics or international policy but I have always wondered why the US is so quick to put their noses into military conflicts but are slow to react to other global issues (human rights, global warming, basically anything that doesn't go "BOOM")
- Telmarine, on 08/17/2008, -17/+29....SAYS THE GUY IN CHARGE OF A GENOCIDAL COUTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- bwjacket, on 08/17/2008, -13/+25"Hey turkey, you're being a bitch"
- algaeturd, on 08/17/2008, -4/+14IDIOT.
Pure and simple. Misled, misinformed, confused. Mistaking blind stupidity for patriotism.
You're a fool if you think that the U.S. can do no wrong. We have repeatedly ***** up on international soil and American soil both in the past 8 years. It's time to start making things right again. Since when did America just blindly and venomously lash out at every country it disliked or didn't agree with?
You fools have zero tolerance for other people, other religions, other cultures...THAT will be the downfall of this country. People like you who feel like we have some superior right to everything WE want. The problem with that theory is that the people in charge want the WRONG THINGS. If you had an education and achieved a certain level of intelligence, you'd realize that.
Americans' stupidity is our BIGGEST liability right now, without doubt. - brightlight4, on 08/16/2008, -16/+25America as the only super power doesn't know how to behave! We need someone to keep them in their box, otherwise they will finish off the planet in no time. And make our lives HELL in the meantime.
- sanman, on 08/17/2008, -0/+10Would you call Ron Paul a classic left-wing liberal? He strongly believes that America shouldn't run around the world fighting other peoples' battles for them, earning enemies that would have otherwise had no grudge with the US.
Woodrow Wilson prostituted the US to European interests, and even created a so-called "US Federal Reserve" that wasn't even accountable to the American people. The result was 2 World Wars and a Cold War that followed. In other words, he was a despicable crook -- and a lefty liberal.
The "US-as-superpower" concept is based on mortgaging America's future and compromising its longterm viability as a nation, enslaving its people to never-ending debt and never-ending faraway feuds defined by imperial interests. Even the word "superpower" seems coined with ego-stroking ass-kissing flattery in mind, to seduce a gullible American public.
Unless Americans free themselves from this *****, they'll end up exhausting their blood and treasure beyond all capacity for recovery, for no benefit to themselves. - inactive, on 08/17/2008, -0/+9you mean almightXENOPHOBICwind.
You sure are full of hot air, with nothing to say. The Hussein desperation is a dead giveaway, little boy.
Add in the "Muslim by birth" and you lose, badly... - BXRWXR, on 08/17/2008, -7/+16I think we're willing to share, but to be honest, Turkey is pretty far down the list.
- Shlufi, on 08/17/2008, -1/+10"The second world war was brought about in order to create the UN" - There was something before the U.N., the League of Nations, but that proved innefficient after the bloodiest conflict in human history, so it was replaced by the U.N. . I'm sure when Hitler was in his Jail cell writing Mein Kamf and talking about 'Living Space' his real intent was to establish the U.N. . .
- LeeSoong, on 08/17/2008, -1/+9lol
Superpowers do not 'share'.
You may however, decide to serve them and their interests. - atomicpoet, on 08/16/2008, -11/+19Let's welcome those lizards from another dimension with open arms!
- Latentk, on 08/17/2008, -0/+8Monsieur did you even read what Sfenton said? And as for your comment on how removing weapons is a movement in the RIGHT direction, WTF? I hardly understand you gun control folks, let alone gun abolishment. CLEAR and FAIR surveys and studies have been done that definitevly disprove the theory that removal of guns makes us more safe. It does not and will not ever. I HATE what you guys say things like that. Sickening you mention "founding fathers" and "getting rid of guns" in the same sentence.
- durruticolumn, on 09/18/2009, -6/+13
Wow, this thread is really bringing out the crazies, isn't it? - Pake, on 08/17/2008, -15/+22Dear Abdullah Gül,
When you start contributing to peace keeping missions, helping finance a world organization, and world aid as much as the USA and the other power countries, then you can start bitching about the USA and those countries having all the power. Until then, sit down and shut up, because quite honestly, we don't have as much power as you perceive us to have.
With Love,
USA - inactive, on 08/18/2008, -1/+8Stevanoski is symbolic of the sheep in Animal Farm bleating "FOUR LEGS GOOD, TWO LEGS BAD" over and over, preventing meaningful discussion.
- Danial, on 08/17/2008, -8/+14Dear Pake,
Turkey has contributed troops to Afghanistan, Kosovo, and sent a brigade to aid the U.S. during the Korean War. So in essence, Turkey has been doing exactly the same thing you're bitching about.
So take your own advice by sitting down, and shut up
With love,
USA - inactive, on 08/17/2008, -1/+7It's Kevin Nash ... Steve is the basketball player. But I'm following you...

- hierophantus, on 08/17/2008, -0/+5If doing all those things really is "in your power," then you shouldn't be wasting your time posting on Digg. You apparently have a country to run.
- bipolarruledout, on 08/17/2008, -2/+7Whats our defense budget again? It's so massively large I keep forgetting. As if that's not enough the Iraq war doesn't even come out of it... no it's off budget.
- mockupscaledown, on 08/17/2008, -2/+7Gobble gobble!
- akchrs, on 08/17/2008, -1/+6So I guess what you're trying to say is that McCain won the debate.
- TokenBlack, on 08/17/2008, -0/+5IMHO everything that our country does abroad simply comes down to the Military Industrial Complex. Look it up, you'll be amazed at how blatant our leaders are in their intentions, and how easily they get away with things.
- pigfister, on 08/17/2008, -0/+5did anyone say oceana?
http://www.globalaware.org/Artlicles_eng/1984.htm - inactive, on 08/17/2008, -2/+6Proof, if you please. I'm a Christian by birth, but an atheist by practice. Does that mean that although I do not believe in any ridiculous superstition, I am still counted as a Christian?
- kemp34, on 08/17/2008, -3/+7From what is basically observable is that the schemers are vastly out numbered and still rely on working common people (see tax money, drug money, oil money etc.) to fund their *****. If it became too obvious, good people would strike back (as 99% of people in the world are not "insiders" or "elite") and it would become relatively easy to snuff out the insanity. The problem is, too many people are currently duped, apathetic or fearful and allow the corruption, obfuscation and unscrupulous activity to continue. The thing is, you reap what you sow and the pendulum will swing.
- jameskong15, on 08/17/2008, -0/+4I think the NWO comment overshadows the whole article for many, but there are some good points within if you can get past that and read all of it.
- thegrantman, on 08/17/2008, -1/+5Don't fight your medication.
- banmaster, on 08/17/2008, -1/+5"President Gul seems to have forgotten about the United Nations, which the U.S. has consulted regularly. "
And then completely ignored when things didn't go its own way.
Wake up you dolt. - warsongs7, on 08/17/2008, -3/+7If McCain becomes president then all US citizens should hold a year of mourning.
- Telmarine, on 08/17/2008, -7/+11***** YA!
ARMENIAN BURY BRIGADE OF DIGG UNITE! - CosmicJustice, on 08/17/2008, -0/+4As a percent of GDP our defense budget is one of the smallest in the world, but don't let facts alter your world view.
- artofficial, on 08/17/2008, -5/+8gobble gobble naga...
gobble gobble. - slvrbullet87, on 08/17/2008, -1/+4Desmond Tutu spoke out alot about missionaries. One of his best quotes is
"When the church arived we had the land and they had the bible, they told us to close our eyes and give thanks, when we opened our eyes and they had the land and we had the bible." - Jerky1312, on 08/17/2008, -1/+4His comments have been completely taken out of context. I don't trust UK tabloid websites the least either. He wants the U.S. to be more diplomatic in dealing with issues around the world, instead of tackling these issues predominately by themselves.
- inactive, on 08/17/2008, -2/+5I was just wondering...
First, NWO ? Ok that's just being a conspiracy tard!
Second, what the ***** has Turkey done to share this imaginary power of the NWO, if there was any ?!?!? - warsongs7, on 08/17/2008, -2/+5Because global warming, human rights and all those other idealist concepts cost a LOT of money. Money that they would rather spend on their waning military in order to hold the world in a stranglehold for a while longer.
- wezults, on 08/17/2008, -3/+6He's just playing the political game. He is more with the US than anyone else. Turkey is, and has been a good middle ground for the last 80 years.
