And the guys from Top Gear said America was backward. - Slovenian6474, on 10/12/2007, -2/+92...this fight brought to you by Pampers. Fights leaks for tough fighters.

- Virak, on 10/12/2007, -4/+67And humanity hits yet another new low.
Sad thing is, someone has probably outdone this by now. - LesterKing, on 10/12/2007, -3/+64This could only happen in the US.... oh, wait a minute.
- UglieJosh, on 10/12/2007, -19/+71Damn the inaccurate title. I was gonna' move to England. My kids would both kick some major tea-sippin' ass.
- GravyTrain6, on 10/12/2007, -2/+52The sad part about that statement is that I can't tell which you are more upset about.
- SteelChicken, on 10/12/2007, -10/+52Making fun of Americans is hip and cool. American rednecks for the critical hit, double damage!

"You make your headline sound like its a new trend or something... its just a couple of ignorant parents."
From the article:
"Locally this is something that is new to us, but we are aware that similar incidents have occurred elsewhere in the country and it is something people need to be aware of."
So it seems like there is some concern that this is not an isolated incident. - doctechnical, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31I think Mark Twain put it succinctly when he said "Man is the only animal that blushes - or needs to."
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+33Damn, I didn't know they did toddler fights here in Britain... that's messed up, I haven't even seen ONE match! I'm off to find some tickets.
- Liam76, on 10/12/2007, -3/+28Ok I see Teaboy gross generalizations are only ok if used to insult americans.
What do you htink would happen to me if I tried to get some "petrol" at a station in an area of the UK filled with hooligans when I had "foootball" is gay painted all over my car. - kuzotz, on 10/12/2007, -5/+25After watching the movie "Idiocracy."
I have lost all hope of hte future.. Of course Children of Men depressed me for a month....... Anyway point being said.. A lot of Digg users act as if they are in the year 2505 were everyone is dumb as *****. - griz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21I think these women need some toughening up in prison. They will get a first hand look at what it means to be involved in an instigated fight.
- andydumi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18NO wonder Britain scored lowest on child welfare...
- cr4ft, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19They say the Cheetah runs the fastest, the Puma jumps the highest, and the shark swims the fastest; but if there's one thing that seperates us from the other species, it's our intelligence.
Sometimes I question that notion - xenuxenuts, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19TV. Anyone who watches TV knows that anyone who has a southern accent takes a 20 point hit to their IQ. According to TV, half the people are inbreds in the south. On TV everyone in the south is a jesus freak. From TV I learned that in the south, you have poor and rich, with no middle class and the rich use jesus to keep them happy to be there. But, from TV I also see all the barbecue places, so it can't be all bad. Any place that can birth pulled pork can birth other wonderful things as well.
So while some of that may be true to an extent, TV is very biased against the south, or at least it was when I was growing up. And no. I don't live in the south. - DrPorkChop, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18Upright Citizens Brigade had a skit where they tried to convince some parents to let their baby participate in baby fights.
Oh, how I miss that show. - saigumi, on 10/12/2007, -4/+19From Happy Slapping to this.
Wow UK, you are teh win!!!1!! - GravyTrain6, on 10/12/2007, -13/+27How in the world do people feel justified in making comments like that. Yes, the south is not nearly as liberal and open-minded to things such as homosexuality. But at the same time, it seems the rest of the country views the south, just as the south views other "walks of life" if you will. What makes you think that your bigotry is justified?
- chicaneuk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14Yeah - unfortunately there are some real idiots in this country. I guess with advances in medicine, and our generally good NHS, natural selection doesn't really gets its chance to prune these morons from the gene pool :(
- ajcates, on 01/20/2009, -9/+22video or it didn't happen
- chris9902, on 10/12/2007, -4/+16don't make me set my baby on you. he'll kick your ass!
- Pootle4rthur, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11They come from Plymouth, they're no doubt already hard as nails.
it's a grim place, in the top 5 ***** towns in the UK, IMHO - wvdavis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13Really, this sounds like something that could only happen in Florida. Damn, did I just compare the UK with Florida, out loud?
- DextersWorld, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12Stupid Americans.
Wait, what? - mythandros, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12@timogg
Right, because when it happens in the USA, it's symptom of a larger problem but when it happens ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD, it's an "isolated incident." Because other countries don't have the same problems that the USA does. Clearly, you're not jumping on a bandwagon just because it's what all the cool kids are doing. Clearly, the USA is full of nothing more than hoodlums, bigots, and rednecks. Clearly, EVERYONE in the south is a hayseed chewing hick that wears overalls while he whips his black slaves. I'm sure you're qualified to make such statements because you've studied the demographic carefully over the last decade or so. Right? Right?!?! - Liam76, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9@manicleek
"No one would give a *****"
Really? There are no parts of britian where insulting football would get me in a fight? There are no parts where if I covered my car with appreciation for homosexual love, insulted the national sport and was obviously a foreigner that I would cause people to attack me?
I don't buy it.
But lets say for the sake of argument you are right. What if I drove around one of your muslim neighborhoods (where 40% want shaira law) and had slogans mocking the prophet, how do you think I would be treated?
The UK has is no better than the US when it comes to ignorant violent groups. - Jonny0stars, on 10/12/2007, -3/+12"I didn't see any harm in toughening them up. I done the same with my own children"
You can just tell from reading it was said by a chav, im just glad these kids are so young they will probably forget about what stupid cows these women where.
I hope they get locked up for this or the children taken away from them. - DeFex, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Well i guess the children will be taken away from them now. they will have to use real chickens again.
- rudy23, on 10/12/2007, -4/+12My toddler is bigger than yours
- chris9902, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10god no. Nobody want to live in rip-off chav filled Britain anymore.
Thank god we're part of the EU. - ICSU, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Chavs in the UK = rednecks in the US
many similarities, like:
"The four women, all from the same family..." - SteelChicken, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Yes because we all know the rest of the people in the rest of the world act like decent human beings all the time, and the US has a monopoly on stupid people.
You'd think with things like the internet, ignorance would go away, but it only seems to be allowing more people to become even more ignorant. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+11@Teaboy:
Well, that's the point, isn't it? - jmdajr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Humanity is disappointing
- UltimaNut, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8They have to toughen up to fight back all of the Muslim riots somehow dont they?
- Karyyk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Don't know what's more sad and pathetic, that this is happening in the first place, or that so many Diggers think it's amusing. I guarantee that if this had something to do with animal rights, the response wouldn't be half as comedic...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Maybe that's why Florida has a very high number of British tourists every year....?
- poppamidnight, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10and the feminist movement wanted equal rights.....phsssssttt!!!!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Anybody got footage of this?
"Enter the Toddler" aka "The Infant Three" - Pootle4rthur, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6unless the social services and the police force decide that breaching the children's privacy is worth it to get you tube more hits
I doubt we're ever going to see the footage - jegnyr, on 10/12/2007, -4/+9That explains the teeth.
- eatsushi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I wonder if it's too late for me to pretend I'm a toddler, and fight to make some cash...
- nanotech2020, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4How people find something funny or even entertaining in these adults calling a little boy a wimp for not hitting the girl back and fighting her is just plain old twisted and sick. What monsters these kids grow up to be and what price society pays when kids are raised in Hell Holes like that ..and you wonder how Columbines and serial killers/rapists are created?
