Who calls in the tips as well? How do you call in and tell the police about this neighbor or friend or acquaintance of yours that they are stashing people in the basement in a freezer or behind a hidden room etc..? I have never ever looked into anyone else's freezer other than my own, except when at a house party and thats where i store my beer - but the person holding that party would never be stupid enough to store a dead body in the freezer everyone uses. I just don't get how this sorta stuff happens..
