- Clockw0rk, on 07/07/2008, -0/+7We of the united states have created a world where it is not only acceptable, but encouraged, to care primarily about the well-being of yourself and your immediate family while supporting any other cause in the form of faceless charity and signature support.
While media saturation exists around the world, we seem to be one of the only countries where it is frowned upon to take to the streets in support of a cause. Where in other nations local activists would be seen as freedom fighters and torch bearers, the united states independent movements are seen as fringe lunatics and ineffective banner waving.
The people in suits, the respected individuals, our media messiahs and role models of modern living have changed the way we perceive each other. No longer is this a human race and a community banding together, but the new bible of supposed individuality has forged a society where it is every man for himself. This is a false concept, it is a grave step backward.
Kings and false gods were once overtaken by educated and driven masses who wanted better for themselves, their children and their neighbors. We the people, communities and countries, once rallied together for important initiatives. But the shaping and control that exists in our modern world has neutered this power, and this is how we suffer. Lost in the lie that one person can't make a difference, forgetting entirely that we are only one person so long as we stand alone.
Nothing prevents us from standing together, nothing tangible. Fight the distraction, the lies, the poison. Those who seek control and power by controlling others, in a malicious way, shall have less power than if they begin a peaceful, cooperative, technological advancement of the world. And by the way, population control by poison and death is absolutely dumb. We can sustain countless more than 6 billion. Sure, we can reduce the worlds population, in smart manners, if we want, but it isn't even necessary. What'chu Know about Suppressed Technology?

Do you really believe our government would kill its people to make some profit for companies? or to start a revolutionary idea to set off a system of control?
Our government does have flaws and it is not prefect, but we do need to rely on it because its the only thing that prevents us from ripping each other apart - Pitofdoom, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1Divide and concur, consider yourselves concured !
