Oh cool, a lavender '5' on Lincolns bill. I guess the designers picked that because of the speculation about whether or not Lincoln was gay.

Everything is so colorful. U.S. currency is so bland. Maybe that's why it's worthless.

I really like the idea of varying colors for different denominations. I wish we had that here in the states!

The Canadian bills shown are old news..... but I just noticed something strange-- the old Canadian 50 dollar bill has John McCain on it.

American bills are the worst. You open up your wallet and think, "wow, I have a lot of cash". But they're all just ones. (And don't get me started on the stupidity of a one dollar bill). At least in Canada you can open up and just immediately see two greens, a purple and a blue, okay, I've got $55. Done. Meanwhile I'm always having to leaf through and look at the number on each U.S. bill I've got.

Love how Gandhi is on every denomination in India. Surely they have some other leaders they could add for variety!

Yeah .. the new five is ghey! The treasury dept should really shake it up and bust some serious color and metalics! Is that money in my pocket or a rainbow! Imagine loosing a 50 that was colored with varying hues of red and yellow and some purple .. how hard would it be to find. It'd stick out big time .. damn str8!

America is even behind the rest of the world in currency design! Compare our currency with the Swiss Franc. It's like comparing the work of a 5th grader with Photoshop to that of a talented professional designer.

As a frequent visitor to the US: Why the hell are all the bills so alike? And why don't you use a coin more often for the one dollar bill? I hate the quarters, nickles, dimes etc when paying in an automat after giving up on the dollar bill in the bill slot...

i actually like the design of our money. Most other places are too colorful for my taste, or over designed even. Now if only we could get our money to be worth something again >.

Scottish money is both colourful and confusing! 3 different issuing banks, 4 different types of notes that you frequently come across (Clydesdale, Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of England) all with the same value but different designs, colours etc.
