Teen who killed for pot faces prison sentence

cannazine.co.uk — Kahlil Congo Dallas, who was 14 when he shot and killed a 15-year-old boy in an attempted robbery of $10 worth of marijuana, is to be sentenced Friday in Sacramento Superior Court. Dallas, who pleaded no contest in January to second-degree murder, is to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. before Judge David De Alba to 16 years in prison.
