TCF branch gets 2nd visit from serial bank robber
startribune.com — Suspect is believed to have robbed 5 banks in the past two months. at the TCF Bank at 2163 Ford Pkwy. Wells Fargo Bank on the 6400 block of Nicollet Avenue in Richfield. And they believe he also is responsible for robberies that took place March 6 at a Wells Fargo on Chicago Avenue in south Minneapolis and Feb. 29 at a Wells Fargo on Grand Avenue.
