talktalk.co.uk — The customer service department staff are so badly trained that you go from one disaster to another. STAY with BT on line rental & anyone else for BROADBAND. Customer service problems started when TALKTALK did not get release from Wanadoo/Orange, they took line & resulted in me having to pay 6 weeks cancellation fee, TALKTALK r useless
