"The poster who put the original post on ARS is very suspect.
"We are anonymous
We do not care about your friend or his death
We do not care about scientologists or their beliefs
We are not your private army
We do what we do because we have chosen to
We are legion
Expect us"
Would an anon say "we do not care about your friend or his death"?
The timeline for this would be very interesting, but I'm still hoping there has been a mistake."- notque, on 02/19/2008, -1/+4I don't know about any of this, just quoting it. There are some interesting posts in that thread. This isn't really my thing, I deal with politics and less Scientology stuff, but thought others might be interested.

I'm just kind of bouncing around looking at information. - vervalsing, on 02/19/2008, -0/+5Anon wouldn't say something like that. It's probably a scifag trying to make Anonymous look bad.
- maeon3, on 02/19/2008, -0/+3We need Evidence, not accusations. If Scientology did murder them, then it will look very much like all the other ones.
If this was Murder, there are emails and documents circulating Scientology right this minute attempting to cover up, those emails and documents need to be apprehended and submitted to the authorities who are able to exercise Justice.- notque, on 02/19/2008, -0/+4I don't think anyone thinks it's a murder right now, people are just investigating and asking questions. He just died, and he recieved death threats from Scientology. It was an apparent suicide. Seems like a rational discussion.
- maeon3, on 02/19/2008, -0/+2Who is the family and contact information of Shawn Lonsdale? They will need money for expensive lawyers to match the power of Scientology's lawyers.
- chaddles, on 02/20/2008, -0/+8"Apparent suicide" seems to be a popular way to go for scientology critics.
As for having a hose connected from the car exhaust to the house, I think this method is unlikely to result in death - it would have to be running for a very long time to work, with well sealed doors and windows in the house. Fact is, it doesn't always work even in a confined space like a car. Hubbard's son died in a similar circumstance, but the toxicology report found no carbon monoxide in his blood.
It's a shame the Clearwater cops are so influenced by, and involved in, Scientology. We may never find out the truth, and we may never have justice for this man. That is one reason why Anonymous must continue fighting the good fight. - jonolan, on 02/20/2008, -0/+4Where there is smoke there is fire. It is reasonable to believe that the CoS murdered this man. Action must be taken and swiftly.
