Cartel supply
US citizen goes to jail
US citizen loses money from buying drug and having to pay the justice system
Normal US citizen pay tax to blindly fight cartels
Cartel laughs because they still get their money
Certain US FED government officials and others laugh because they just screwed millions of people twice
