It would be wrong to sabotage people who play by the rules, but when the bad guys have all the power of military, police and government officials, and use it to cheat, what other methods can you use? You won't win in courts, because they control courts. You can't gather evidence of cheating, because police prevents you from access and confiscates your recording equipment.
Would sabotaging Nazis back in the 30's be considered immoral?
Besides, US government has officially and unofficially financed opposition in many countries before. - 000boyina, on 06/15/2009, -0/+0But there's a moral case to be made that you can't condemn Iran for crashing an opposition website, or an American media website, when Americans are doing the same thing. Sabotaging a Nazi rifle factory isn't the same thing as bringing down a website from the comfort of your couch.
