Severe storms leave tree damage, outages
chicagotribune.com — Severe overnight storms damaged about 100 trees in Chicago, primarily in the Ravenswood neighborhood, and left thousands without power. Tree damage was heaviest in the area bounded by Foster, Montrose, Western and Ashland.. near Welles Park. As of 11 a.m. Saturday, about 5,000 people are still without power.
