Senator Stoner Doesn't Want Kids To Buy Pot Candy

wsbtv.com — Georgia retailers soon will be banned from selling candy flavored to taste like marijuana to children.

While I have to question the wisdom or motivation of making pot-flavored candy, the bottom line is that this is a flagrant violation of liberty. If the candy does not contain marijuana, then how can they possibly ban it? Is there any legal precedence for flavor-banning? Are we next going to make it illegal to say the word "pot"? I always knew I could count on my home state to undermine the principles of democracy. WTG Georgia! (PS - don't ever come here, its like the scientific revolution never occurred)
