- novaculus, on 04/24/2008, -0/+6I just want to note that the article includes the conflicting statements above regarding the defendant's guilt. I think the statement to the effect he has pleaded guilty is either in error, or he has pleaded guilty to other charges and the mail fraud charge remains, as the article states further on that a trial date is set for July 25th. No need for a trial if has indeed pleaded guilty to the charge.
