Seller Of Viagra Laced Chocolate Faces Stiff Sentence

breitbart.com — The seller of Viagra-laced chocolate as a food supplement called "Boom" was indicted Wednesday for mail fraud by a federal judge, and faces 20 years in jail if found guilty. Tibor Liska pleaded guilty of selling by mail some 12,000 packets a month of sildenafil (sold under various names, including Viagra) mixed with chocolate and herbs.

  • novaculus, on 04/24/2008, -0/+6I just want to note that the article includes the conflicting statements above regarding the defendant's guilt. I think the statement to the effect he has pleaded guilty is either in error, or he has pleaded guilty to other charges and the mail fraud charge remains, as the article states further on that a trial date is set for July 25th. No need for a trial if has indeed pleaded guilty to the charge.

    I just couldn't resist the title. Had to share it.
