- SgtAl, on 07/06/2008, -0/+19Dont be fooled, half the time they "close" a side walk the permits havent been filed or approved. Also they like to have uniformed security guards around that wear outfits very similar to a police uniform. It can be intimidating. When in doubt call the real cops.
